Product Description
Brake hose coupling assembly is a critical connecting component for brake pipelines between railway vehicles, produced according to TB/T 60‑2019 standard.
The rubber hose is reinforced with multi‑layer fiber structure, featuring high burst resistance, ozone resistance and weather resistance.
One end is fitted with brass claw‑type quick coupling for automatic locking and connection between coupled vehicles.
The other end comes with female threaded nut for mounting onto angle cock outlet.
This hose assembly compensates displacement and misalignment during vehicle running, and transmits compressed air for the whole train braking system.
Every finished assembly undergoes hydrostatic burst test and air tightness inspection.
Nominal diameter DN32, standard length 560 mm, custom lengths are available.
Service life is limited to 6 years as railway mandatory requirement, working temperature ranges from ‑40℃ ~ +70℃.
