Product Description

Angle cock is a manual cut‑off stop valve for railway brake main pipelines, manufactured to TB/T 2697‑2021 industry standard.

The valve body adopts high‑strength ductile cast iron.
90‑degree lever operation provides two mechanical locking positions: fully‑open and fully‑closed.

At closed position, built‑in exhaust function automatically releases residual air pressure on hose side, to ensure safety during vehicle coupling and uncoupling operations.
The wear‑resistant plug core maintains stable sealing performance under heavy vehicle vibration.

Thread ports match standard brake main pipe and brake hose coupling.
Each angle cock completes strength and air‑tightness test before delivery.
It complies with GB/T 21563 shock & vibration standard, suitable for ‑40℃ ~ +70℃ working environment on locomotives, passenger cars and freight wagons.
