IVOLTECK masters advanced forging technologies — precisely controlling metal flow and deformation to form complex geometries with minimal tolerance. That same engineering depth extends from die-forged components to advanced-material rail-transit parts and complete energy-storage systems.

We keep the entire chain in-house: our own molds and tooling, heavy die-forging lines, heat treatment, precision machining and a comprehensive testing lab — a closed loop from raw material to finished, certified part.
