Rgc-1 Load Sensing Valve Matching Mub Railway Air Brake Distributor

The RGC-1 Load Sensing Valve is installed in the air braking system of standard gauge freight wagons and works in coordination with the MUB distributor. The distributor controls the charging and exhausting of the brake cylinder according to brake pipe pressure changes, while the RGC-1 valve senses bogie spring deflection or vehicle load signals and automatically regulates the pressure ratio delivered to the brake cylinder, realizing load-proportional control of "low braking force under empty load, high braking force under loaded conditions". Combined, they significantly improve braking consistency under different load conditions.
The valve body and internal parts are treated with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant processes, featuring reliable sealing and sensitive response, adapting to harsh environments including heavy dust, humidity, salt spray and extreme temperatures. With compact structure, stable operation and easy maintenance, this valve effectively shortens braking distance, reduces brake shoe uneven wear and wheel tread damage, and extends the service life of braking components. It is widely applicable to various standard gauge freight wagons including open-top, covered and tank wagons.
