Railway Fish Plate（Rail Joint Bar）

Fish plate (rail joint splice bar) is a key connecting component of railway track systems. Supplied in pairs, it clamps both sides of rail joints and is fastened with fish bolts, nuts and spring washers. Its inner curved surface closely fits the rail web to smoothly transfer wheel loads, keep track gauge stable and reserve allowance for rail thermal expansion and contraction.

Manufactured from 45# / 50# rolled carbon steel, it delivers excellent tensile strength, impact resistance and fatigue resistance. The surface can be blackened or coated with anti-rust oil to prevent outdoor corrosion.

Available models fit GB rails (38kg,43kg,50kg,60kg/m) and European UIC rails (UIC54, UIC60). Two main configurations: standard 4-hole and heavy-duty extended 6-hole. Glass fiber insulated fish plate is also available for insulation requirements of track signal circuits.
